We keep routines familiar, and we invite you to take part in the activities you enjoy, because small, familiar moments often bring the greatest comfort. As your needs evolve, we adjust your support and stay in close contact with your family and health professionals, so your care stays consistent and nothing is lost between us. Funding Your Dementia Care at Home
There are two main ways to fund dementia care with us:
- Support at Home (or a home care package): if you receive government aged care funding, your care is funded from your package and managed carefully within your budget.
- Private funding: if you do not qualify for government funding, or you would simply like more choice, you can invest in your own care privately.
We are upfront about who we can and cannot support. We do not currently support people living in residential aged care or receiving services under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP).
