We get it—unfortunately, there are many bad actors in this industry, and we hear stories like yours all too often. We’re not perfect, but we’re seriously reliable, responsive, and we give a dam. We’re happy to earn your trust at your pace and let the supports and our efforts speaks for itself.

How do I change my existing provider?

Changing providers doesn’t have to be stressful—we help people with this every week. All you need to do is email your current provider with a formal notice to discharge (most have a 14-day notice period). In the mean time, we will organise a visit to your home, assess your current care needs and existing supports, and plan a smooth switch with zero disruption to your services.

Does your team have experience with Dementia, Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s care?

Absolutely. Our team of nurses and care workers have been supporting seniors with these conditions for over 35 years—most of them are from residential aged care backgrounds. We know the small things matter, and we bring patience, consistency, and genuine understanding to every visit. This isn’t new to us—it’s what we do best.

I am on Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP)

At the moment, we only support clients on a Home Care Package (HCP), so we’re not able to work with CHSP-funded individuals. That said, if your care needs have changed since your last assessment, it might be worth giving My Aged Care a call. They can review your situation and may transition you to a Home Care Package—which would open the door for us to support you properly.

Do you offer self-managed Home Care Packages?

Yes, we do. If you’ve already got your own trusted support workers or suppliers, you’re welcome to bring them along. We won’t charge anything extra on top—just our standard management fees. You stay in control, and we handle the admin behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly.

What if I don’t have a Home Care Package?

No worries—it’s easier than you think to get started. Just give My Aged Care a call on 1800 200 422. They’ll talk you through the eligibility criteria and set up an assessment for you. Once you’ve received a Home Care Package, reach out to us—we’ll take it from there and help you get the right supports in place.

We’re based in Tullamarine and proudly support clients across all of Melbourne—including Geelong. You’re also very welcome to drop by and say hello in person!

What are your fees?

We like to keep things simple and transparent. Here’s what we charge to manage your Home Care Package:

Fully Provider Managed Packages – 19%
Self-Managed Home Care Packages – 13%

That’s it. No setup fees, no daily fees, no exit fees, no review fees—and absolutely no hidden costs.

What if i am not happy with my supports?

If something doesn’t feel quite right, you’re not alone—and you’re not stuck. We understand that care is personal, and sometimes it takes a little adjustment. There’s no pressure or awkwardness—we’ll work with you to explore a better fit and can arrange for another team member to step in. It’s all about making sure you feel comfortable, safe, and supported.

What qualifications do your staff have?

All our care givers and nurses are thoroughly vetted, hold a current police check, and possess a minimum Certificate III in Aged Care or a relevant qualification.

How long does it take for me to hear back from you after submitting an enquiry?

We respond to enquiries within 1 hour during business hours (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm). If you contact us outside of these hours, we will reach out to you first thing the next morning.
