With 35 years’ experience as an approved provider of care and support to seniors in Melbourne, we stand by our honest and transparent approach. Starting from humble beginnings in 1988 as a family-run business which is now led by the second generation, we have seen other fly-by-night operators come and go. Flashy salespeople promise the world through smoke and mirrors, using underhand tactics to sign clients up but are unable to deliver on impossible promises.
We never promise what we can’t deliver.
We speak plainly. We always try our best to connect you with the services you require. We never play games with your funding, paying for things you didn’t ask for and don’t need. We won’t claim our services are perfect because ultimately it comes down to the individual relationship between you and the person providing your care. But we do promise to be thorough and transparent in the management of our team and support them to provide you with honest and ethical service.
